WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue women's basketball team announced the final portion of its non-conference schedule with two games at the Las Vegas Invitational at The Mirage in December.
The Boilermakers will play their final two non-conference tilts against Utah Tech on Dec. 20 and Texas A&M on Dec. 21.
The Boilermakers will meet the Trailblazers for the first time. Utah Tech, previously Dixie State, made the transition to Division I in 2019.
Purdue and Texas A&M will square off for the fifth time. The Boilermakers hold a 3-1 series lead, including a nine-point win over the No. 4 Aggies on Jan. 5, 2009, at Mackey Arena.
The entire 2022-23 non-conference schedule is set. Purdue will host six games at Mackey Arena, starting on Nov. 10 against Marshall. The Boilermakers will take on Syracuse for the Big Ten/ACC Challenge at home Nov. 30.
Purdue will make its return to the Cancun Challenge in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, over Nov. 24-26 against Harvard, Florida State and Oklahoma State.
Tip times, television assignments and the Big Ten Conference schedule will be announced later.
Season tickets are on sale for the 2022-23 season at Mackey Arena for Purdue Women's Basketball. Head coach Katie Gearlds enters her second season back at her alma mater looking to build upon the program's first postseason appearance since 2017-18. All-Big Ten honorable mention trio Madison Layden, Abbey Ellis and Jeanae Terry return to lead a roster of eight newcomers and five returners.
