WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue men's tennis program released its 2025 spring slate, which features 15 chances to catch the Boilermakers at home beginning with the season-opener Friday, January 17 at 3 p.m. ET vs. Northern Illinois.
Not only does Purdue's schedule feature a loaded list of opponents in March with nine opponents over its five weekends, but will take on three ITA top-25 teams in a five-event span.
Upcoming home opponents include Northern Illinois, Dayton, Cleveland State, Brown, Western Michigan, Boise State, Illinois State, Butler, Illinois, Northwestern, No. 25 Michigan, No. 23 Michigan State, Indiana, Washington and Oregon.
Away opponents include Cornell, USC, No. 20 UCLA, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Penn State and No. 3 Ohio State.
A successful fall season saw the Boilermakers saw three advance to the Big Ten Individuals Round of 16 (Juan David Velasquez Aleksa, Aleksa Krivokapic and Nour Fathalla) and Krivokapic win the Big Ten Individual title. He began the day with a super tiebreak win in the semifinals.
The Big Ten Tournament is set for April 24-27 in Columbus, Ohio.
