WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue women's tennis team hits the road this weekend for the June Stewart Invitational, hosted by Vanderbilt.
The Boilermakers will square off in the tournament against players from Clemson, Kentucky, Lipscomb, Northwestern, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt.
Singles matches are set to start at 9 a.m. with doubles to follow at 11 a.m. An additional round of singles will be played in the afternoon.
Purdue returns to action after Carmen Gallardo Guevara became the first Boilermaker to reach the NCAA Singles Championship since 2019. The senior from Spain reached the finals of the ITA Ohio Valley Regional two weeks ago to earn the automatic qualification to the national event in Waco, Texas, in November.
