WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The 2023 Purdue cross country schedule has been unveiled, highlighted by five regular-season meets.
A total of eight meets comprise this season's slate, beginning on September 1 and concluding with the NCAA Championships on November 18. Three of the five regular-season meets will be within the Boilermakers' home state of Indiana.
The 2023 campaign once again commences at the Winrow Valparaiso Open on September 1 in Valparaiso, Indiana. Purdue then heads south to race at the John McNichols Invitational in Terre Haute, Indiana, on September 16.
A trip to Louisville, Kentucky, follows for the Louisville Invitational on September 30.
Virginia will host the XC-23 Pre-Nationals on October 14 in Charlottesville. That comes one month before the Cavaliers host the 2023 NCAA Championships.
The regular season will wrap up the following week, on October 20, at the Butler Invitational in Indianapolis.
The postseason begins with the Big Ten Championships on October 27, hosted by Wisconsin. The NCAA Great Lakes Regional also is on the Badgers' home course on November 10 in Madison.
November 18 is the date of this year's NCAA Championships, in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The 2023-24 track & field seasons will follow, from December -June. The indoor and outdoor schedules will be announced at a later date.
