The Boilermakers are ranked for a sixth consecutive week, after appearing in the national rankings for the first time since 2009 on October 5. With its second-best record in team history, the team earned an NCAA berth also for the first time since 2009.

Purdue will host the first round of the 2021 NCAA Women's Soccer Championship on Saturday, November 13, at 7 p.m. ET, against Loyola Chicago at Folk Field.

Tickets to the contest are on sale now at PurdueSports.com/Soccer and https://boile.rs/NCAA1stTix21. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for students and $3 for youth.

With a 14-4-2 record entering the NCAA Tournament, the Boilermakers' 14 wins and overall record are their second-best ever, behind only 2007, and their 8-2-0 Big Ten record and second-place finish in the conference standings both tied the team's best-ever mark.

The last time the Boilermakers appeared in the national poll prior to this season was when they entered the 2009 NCAA Tournament also ranked No. 24.

One of three Big Ten teams in this week's poll, the Boilermakers are joined by No. 5 Rutgers and No. 9 Michigan, while Penn State is receiving votes. Additionally, non-conference opponent Notre Dame also is receiving votes.
