Gameday Information

 

Will Call

  • Will call tickets may be picked up at the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office, which opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff.

Player Guests

  • Purdue Player guests & Visiting Team Player Guests will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located adjacent to the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena one hour prior to tipoff. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the player guest pass list.

Recruits

  • Recruits will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located adjacent to the Hayes Family Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena one hour prior to tipoff. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the recruit pass list.

Clear Bag Policy

Fans are encouraged not to bring any type of bags to games, and only the following are permissible:

  • One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches
  • One one-gallon clear plastic bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Also permissible is one small clutch bag (no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches) - approximately the size of a hand - with or without a handle or strap.

  • Mackey Arena doors open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

DAY-OF-GAME PARKING
General public parking in any public garage on campus, if available.

 
PERMIT PARKING
Parking is available for purchase for JPC members with season tickets in several lots near Mackey Arena. For more information on parking, visit JohnPurdueClub.com/parking. Free shuttle service from the R and H lots begins 2 hours prior to tip off and continues for approximately one hour after the completion of the game.
 
Permit Reminders:

One parking spot per vehicle. A parking pass is not valid without a vehicle.
Permit must be displayed at all times from rearview mirror with the front of the permit facing forward.
Permits with stubs already torn off will not be accepted by the parking attendants.
Lost or stolen permits cannot be replaced.

 
DISABILITY PARKING
Patrons with disabilities are eligible for ADA parking on campus. JPC members are eligible to park in the H, G and U lots, and the general public with ADA placard is eligible to pay to park in the H Lot based on availability. Cost is $10, if available. Accessible parking will be allocated based on JPC giving level and priority points, and then will be open for sale to the general public on gameday. HC permit or placard must be displayed in the vehicle and the owner of the permit must be present in the vehicle when entering an ADA lot.

  • Single-game ticket prices are subject to dynamic pricing, meaning prices can be raised based on various factors. Fans are encouraged to buy early in order to obtain the lowest prices available. For more on dynamic pricing, click here.
  • There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. the Purdue University Athletics Department is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets, and they will not be replaced.
  • Management reserves the unrestricted right to revoke the license of the ticket by an offer to refund the purchase price.
  • Students must show their Purdue student ID to be admitted with a student ticket.
  • All fans need a football ticket, including children 2 & under.
