- The Baseball Ticket Office is located outside the gates of Alexander Field behind home plate and opens 1 hour prior to first pitch. Gates to Alexander Field also open 1 hour prior to first pitch.

- Will call tickets may be picked up in the Baseball Ticket Office. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from Will Call.

- Purdue player and visiting player guests will be able to pick up their tickets at the Baseball Ticket Office 1 hour prior to the start of each match. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the player guest pass list.

- Recruits will be able to pick up their tickets at the Baseball Ticket Office 1 hour prior to the start of each match. A photo I.D. is required to pick up all tickets from the recruit pass list.

Parking
Parking is free of charge and located at Schwartz Tennis Center, in front of Folk Field and adjacent to Alexander Field and Bittinger Stadium.
Golf cart shuttles run 1 hour prior to first pitch and up to thirty minutes after each game.

Ticket Policies
- Fans ages 2 and under do not need a ticket for baseball.
- There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. The Purdue University Athletics Department is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets and they will not be replaced.
- Management reserves the unrestricted right to revoke the license of the ticket by an offer to refund the purchase price.
- Students must show their Purdue student ID to be admitted with a student ticket.
